We are located in the town of Midhurst, set in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Here at Karen Williams Hair we pride ourselves on providing a relaxed, happy and friendly atmosphere.
Each Stylist brings their own unique skills and specialties to the Salon. We always enjoy being creative with our skills and knowledge with each individual client.
As a salon, we are exploring new ideas to improve the sustainability of the industry by using environmentally friendly products where possible, which we hope will provide the best for our clients, and our staff.
Our Story
CELEBRATING 15+ YEARS

In 2002, after giving birth to her first child, Karen launched a successful mobile hairdressing business " Blade Runners " which was based from home. Her clientele increased steadily and in 2004 she moved in to her salon in West Street, which was named 'Mane Street’.
​
Karen couldn't have achieved all of this on her own but with her dedicated team and hard work, together they built a successful business which provides a high level of care to every client.
In the past, Mane Street has been nominated numerous times for salon of the year and has organised many fund raising events for a number of charities. The business has even covered hair styling for theatre and dance productions and has sponsored Midhurst Rother College Events.

2019 was another big change for Karen, when she decided to relaunch the salon under her own name "Karen Williams Hair" . This decision was made to refresh and modernize the salon to move with the times. As a result we had an amazing response and gained many new and cherished clients.
​
We currently work closely with KEUNE, who support us throughout the year. They provide ongoing in house training for all our stylists. KEUNE is the colour brand that we use in the salon along with many products to choose from for home hair care. We also work alongside Moroccanoil and GHD.
We pride ourselves on being fully trained artistic professionals . Our creative and technical knowledge enables us to create beautiful hair.
